Research & Planning:
Using a “user-centred approach” to online development means putting the user at the centre of the web experience. A variety of research techniques are utilised to discover who will be visiting your website and for what purpose. The research, combined with analysis of your business objectives, defines the strategy, solution and creative approach. It results in user personas and scenarios, information architecture and wireframes of the major areas. These schematics are subjected to various "guerrilla" usability techniques to make sure that information and interactions are both useful and findable.
Design:
We aim to design web sites and web applications that are a simple to use, visually appealing and which communicate the brand personality. Good design not only provides an enjoyable user experience, it also guides users effortlessly through the site content and interactions. We design all our interface layouts with a knowledge and technical understanding of what it takes to produce web standards compliant, accessible and usable websites.
Development:
In development, interfaces are coded using standards-compliant XHTML, HTML, Javascript, and CSS code with the occasional piece of embedded Flash. A variety of web programming languages are used according to project requirements and integrate with back-end systems, tools and databases as required. We also believe that you the client should 'own' the management and development of your web strategy, including being able to make automatic content updates. To make sure you control your own website we provide Content Management Systems to allow you to add and remove sections and functions to your own site without any knowledge of HTML. This solution also allows your own staff to update any page on the site immediately.
Quality Assurance/Testing:
When development is complete comprehensive testing is undertaken to ensure the site or application works well across different operating systems and Web browsers.
Project Management:

Our Project Managers work closely with clients to ensure they are engaged and informed throughout the entire development process.
